Teams Monitoring

SharePoint Capacity Monitoring
If you run out of capacity in your Office 365 tenant, your sites and files become read only, until you purchase more storage. Even deleting content doesn’t resolve it, as content stays in the site recycle bin for 90 days before it shows as a reduction in storage.
It’s a common problem, which we have resolved by alerting clients in advance, so we can increase storage before it impacts your business.
Teams Channel Archiving
Did you know:Â You can only have 200 channels in a team? This includes deleted ones.
With our solution, you can archive the conversation history of a channel. We create a document version and add it to the files for that team, which makes it searchable for future use.
