Our Insights for Teams reports allows you to easily observe high risk items across your Teams environment.
Who has access to sensitive data?  Have they accessed it? Are there any External Users that are a threat? Are there users that have access to the Teams content without being a member of the Team?

Control for Teams
Our Control App for Teams allows you to block users from creating New Teams. But instead allows them to submit a request for a New Team.
Designated Approvers will be sent the request to approve or decline the creation of the Team.
When creating approved Teams you can apply templates to ensure that the teams apply to your company standards, such as:
- Whether to create or decline the Team
- Who will be the owner of the Team
- View and Modify the Members List before it is created
- Apply a template for Creating Channels and Content
- Apply Templates for Settings and Features
- Includes Sensitivity Labels (when activated)
Continual Learning & Education
Your team are invited to our regular Teams Training sessions to keep up to date with the latest changed and features for Teams, as well as a refresher for how best practice for using Teams. A great opportunity to ask questions.
