There are a number of ways to access SharePoint online, so let’s step through some of our most common options.
Your company sharepoint will be a url that is your company name (or the original name given when your tenant was created) followed by .sharepoint.com. So something like: [companyname].sharepoint.com but this can be a little hard to find the first time.
So, our best recommendation is to go to Office.com, login from there. This takes you to your Microsoft Office Online dashboard, where you can access SharePoint from the waffle menu

For our clients that use Microsoft Teams, we usually embed SharePoint into the Teams menu using Viva Connections
You can also access SharePoint on your mobile device by installing the app from the app store.
